国際ボランティア・カレッジ閉講のお知らせ

カレッジ立ち上がりから10年を経て
ＪＨＰの活動は主としてカンボジアの復興への協力でありましたが、現地に行く以前にもっとしっかりとカンボジア及び周辺国との関係を勉強しておくべきであったと、学生たちのみならず一般社会人からも声が上がり、これを機会にアジア、中近東、そしてアフリカなどと国際的な日本との歴史関係、及び現状を学ぼうという機運が高まって、「国際ボランティア・カレッジ」という塾が2006年に立ち上がりました。

本カレッジは、年間通して全科目を履修する生徒を本科生、科目別履修生を聴講生として皆様と共に歩んでまいりましたが、2006年からの10年間で本科生は200人を超え、聴講生は延べ3,400人にご参加いただきました。

しかし、近年、国際情勢の悪化と、各大学や企業で国際協力に関するセミナーなどが活発に行われるようになってきたこともあり、当カレッジが10年間の講座終了の節目を迎えて、みんなと学ぶという、一定の役割を果たしたものと考え、発展的解消として、ここに閉講することを決定いたしました。

2016年度は「ボランティア・セミナー」を計画
一方で、今後のカレッジの予定についてのお問い合わせが多く寄せられているのも事実です。2016年度は「ボランティア・セミナー（仮称）」として、秋季より約半年間に幾つかのセミナーを開講していく計画を立てております。
